Private Message to Wolfgang
I've been going to see your other photos and they are wonderful. I saw the man using a kick-wheel to do his pottery work. The carvings on the pieces are beautiful! LOVE IT! You look as if you had a wonderful trip thank you so much for sharing your photos and thinking of me when you saw the pottery! I will treasure the thought of your kindness forever.

I also love the shots of the dome shaped rooms. So cute, but looks like it could be difficult to stand in if you were tall.

I'm glad you like the photos. As I said, pottery is used for everyday objects there. About the rooms, they are actually carved in the rock, and are quite big. Some people still live in them, with running water, electricity, TV, but underground.

Class Pleazzze!
gilles ;-)))

Reza from Montreal, Canada

Beautiful colors and repetition.

4 Dec 2007 12:43am

@Reza: Merci Reza,

Amir from ?, Iran

Very beautiful, do you still have these around or is in fact an older photo?

4 Dec 2007 3:15am

@Amir: Well, we had some pretty cold nights last week, so pumpkins would be terribly mushy if kept outside. Also, today we got 14 inches of white stuff... In other words, this is an older photo.

Rags from Plano, United States
