Viewfinder from Bradenton, United States

A real "blast from the past" kind of image for me. There were a number of old factories in New Orleans that had this same kind of look, including the metal covered catwalk that crossed over busy streets below. I love this picture.

Well chosen POV which adds fine perspective and geometry. The textures are stunningly rendered.

Interesting piece of architecture. Was the bridge added to the building as an after-thought?

@Michael Rawluk: THX for your visit Michael!

... as an after-thought?
This shop was closed a long time ago.
I am not enough old to know the answer to your question ;-)

Perhaps the comment from Viewfinder can give you an hint.
The Imperial Tobacco in Granby was a big multi-buildings shop.

Daroru from Amagasaki, Japan

Love how you kept the line of the building tops with the shadow. Another wonderfully crisp shot with lovely colours.

aggie from Singapore, Singapore

For me, you have given depth and life to a part of a building which most people may not even take a second look when they walk past it. Well done.
