Hidalgo from Herunen, FinlandI love old photos. One interesting thing, that I can see, is that Grammophone. When I was young my father had "His Master's Voice". These kind of photos are worth of gold!!! 24 Apr 2009 6:04am @Hidalgo: My parents were very romantic people.

Eric Cousineau from Sherwood Park, CanadaDefinitely from a quieter and gentler era. Well done! ;-) 24 Apr 2009 11:19am @Eric Cousineau: Thank you Eric !
Viewfinder from Bradenton, FL, United StatesSuch a nice window into old times. This woman has spotted the camera; her lovely eyes and expression are made for this photo. The gentleman seems a bit uncomfortable, but has a very interesting face, with lots of character. What is especially interesting to me is how they are dressed for this picnic - a shirt and tie under the sweater for him. Interesting pattern on those pants, also. So different than what we'd wear today. 24 Apr 2009 12:45pm @Viewfinder: Thank you, very nice values of the photograph, those things which only the eye of the photographer can see !
john4jack from Corvallis, Oregon, United StatesWow! That was even before my time (1935). 24 Apr 2009 2:15pm @john4jack: Thank you, to bad that all this charm and romanticism is less and less seen.

"la classe". Les vêtements du jeune homme sont étonnants... 24 Apr 2009 4:27pm @Evelyne Dubos: Merci , « les vêtements du jeune homme sont étonnants ...» en effet Evelyne , :-))) ou c' était la mode , ou il n avait pas le soucis des coordonnés.
