« ... Le durbec des sapins est un migrateur
qui ne visite pas souvent notre région
mais il nous aura comblé tout l'hiver 2007-2008.
Il raffole des petits fruits tels que ceux du pommetier
qu'il déguste au moment de la prise de la photo.
This colorful bird is a migrant
who doesn't visit our area very often
but we were fortunate to have him around all this winter.
He loves berries such as those of crabapple
he was enjoying when the picture has been taken. »

Très joli cet oiseau (oiseau-caméléon peut-on dire !!!) aux couleurs d' un environnement où les tons roses et rouges s'entremêlent. Un seul petit regret pour moi, l'oiseau est un peu trop centré dans la photo.

What a beautiful capture. But he needs to use a napkin next time so the berries don't stain him. You would say he's quite camouflaged.

Tres jolie photo de cet oiseau. On retrouve la couleur des fruits (cerises?) sur l'oiseau, ce qui est tres harmonieux.

@Akarui - Il s'agit de petites pommettes non-comestibles (enfin peut-être mais beaucoup trop petites). Cet arbre a une vocation décorative mais les oiseaux finissent par en manger les fruits lorsqu'ils ont épuisé les autres réserves. Merci beaucoup.
