The building are so well defined against the sky. A very pleasing classic scene.

Merci Carmen.
That is beautiful farm and I like the contrast between that white snow blanket and blue sky.

Thanks for your visit at vu@granby - Gilles Martineau
C'est très joli et vraiment désert.
19 Feb 2008 10:29am
i like the little green doors.

@shahab: Thanks Shahad vu@granby - Gilles Martineau
Such a wide-open, cloudless blue sky that complements the farm, farmhouse, snow and barren trees well!
19 Feb 2008 4:46pm
@Steven: Everything is clean on that picture: snow, sky, buildings. The credit goes to the farmer.
This is such a wonderful winter scene, beautifully photographed.

@MaryB: Thank you MaryB
19 Feb 2008 8:11pm
@vu@granby - Wolfgang Prigge: Merci Wolfgan.

This scene is well-composed as it spreads across the landscape of this farm. I like the contrasts between the white snow and the blue sky. The leafless trees form an interesting boundary between the two color extremes.
19 Feb 2008 9:34pm
I like this composition on three levels: white snow in the foreground, houses and trees in the middle and the blue sky above!I'm not a fan of barns - unless they are painted red - bit I like the stule of the house at left!Is there a garden around the house? I'd have liked to oblige by showing one branch of pink plum blossoms against the blue of the sky, but neither I, nor my husband have one at present in our computer stock. Pink plum trees are few in comparison with white ones!If we manage such a shot in the coming days, I'll most certainly post it for YOU!
