Michael Skorulski from Cigel, Slovakia

Yes, the animal does have that vacant hypnotized look. A rather fun and humorous shot. Excellent seeing.

17 Feb 2008 6:08am

@Michael Skorulski: "D^akujem vel^mi pekne" and "dobré ráno" in Cigel,

Beautiful eyes and fur! You have captured it well!

17 Feb 2008 7:31am

@Ina: Thanks for the compliment,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

aggie from Singapore, Singapore

It sure looks hypnotized. Would be interesting to see the other hypnotized as well.

17 Feb 2008 9:27am

@aggie: MMM, if we really hypnotize them, do you think we'll get the animal rights activists on our case? :-) Thanks for your visit,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

Helma from Tehran, Iran

Sandra Rocha from Alfândega da Fé, Portugal

Não conheço este aimal mas tem uns olhos bem grandes.

17 Feb 2008 10:07am

@Sandra Rocha: Eu não sei seu nome em Portugese. Em inglês são chamados "lemurs". Obrigado para sua visita,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

Martin Delorme from Canada

Wow cool photo, ses yeux sont hallucinants.

17 Feb 2008 10:14am

@Martin Delorme: Oui, si on regarde trop longtemps on devient hypnotisé.... Merci pour le commentaire,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

Evelyne Dubos from Le Mans, France

17 Feb 2008 11:40am

@Evelyne Dubos: Merci pour la suggestion,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

Anne from White Rock, BC, Canada

Really nice shot - congrats to Mathieu Chasse. We have those things come out of the woods in winter and come on our patios looking for food! Daren't open my sliding window to get a shot - its usually after dark - they can be terribly fierce if they get inside your home! :-)

17 Feb 2008 11:49am

@Anne: Thanks Anne for the compliment on Mathieu's photo,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

Sujit Sudhi from Hyderabad, India

17 Feb 2008 2:35pm

@Steven: Thanks Steven!
vu@granby - Wolfgang

Daroru from Amagasaki, Japan

Great shot - look at those teeth though! Never thought they had fangs...

17 Feb 2008 2:38pm

@Daroru: If you bring your fingers too close you might find a new definition for the expression "finger food"... Thanks for your comment,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

Illuci from Hurdegaryp, Netherlands

vu@granby - Wolfgang

Michael from Wuppertal, Germany

Congrats, this is simply stunning!

17 Feb 2008 5:27pm

@Michael: Vvielen Dank. As this compliment is from the master of animal photography, Mathieu should be twice as happy,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

standley from brou-sur-chantereine, France

Très belle image de ces lémuriens. J'en ai vu beaucoup à Madagascar

17 Feb 2008 7:11pm

@standley: Il me semble que la plupart, si non tous les lémuriens viennent de Madagascar. Merci pour le compliment,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

medam961 from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

The photo title is great; it really matches perfectly to it. The animals are cute and interesting. I like their fur as well as their white and green colour. Wonderful and clear photo, indeed.

17 Feb 2008 7:32pm

@medam961: Thank you very much Medam, we are lucky to have a very good zoo in our little town,

Definitely some mezmerising eyes there. And with the other's tooth showing, it's a bit scary. Great capture!

vu@granby - Wolfgang

Kind of looks like me after a sleepless night. Cool!

18 Feb 2008 12:28am

vu@granby - Wolfgang

MJ from Delaware, United States

nice shot I love the eyes

18 Feb 2008 1:15am

@MJ: Thank you MJ, glad you like it,
vu@granby - Wolfgang

Japanalia from Yokohama, Japan

This is an excllent capture that should not be changed in any way! If the author desires to crop and create another - completely different shot - it is his choice! The two lemurs compliment each other, one looking ahead with those big eyes and the other beautifully turning its head. The embrace is extremely touching!
Somebody from Canada wrote that they are coming at night from the woods to their patios......most improbable! They live in nature in Madagascar ONLY!Otherwise, in zoos or specualised centers!

18 Feb 2008 5:16am

Brites from Lisboa, Portugal

Superb!

18 Feb 2008 9:21pm
