Great photo and beautiful tigers! I always admire to their beauty. I too feel sorry for them of not having their freedom.

@medam961: Some specialists say that as long as their area is no too small and they are well fed the animals are quite happy. Zoos actually play an important role in research and breeding for endangered animals, such as these Siberian Tigers.

@Craiger: They are beautiful indeed, but a Siberian Tiger in a zoo is better than no Siberian tiger at all, have a look at my response above,

Nice picture. So proud still they are with their fantastic colours in the mono-colour snow. The green colour of trees is unnecessary here.

C'est un peu triste, ces animaux fiers derrière la grille, mais il semble qu'íls s'amusent bien dans la neige, une photo remarquable!

@Illuci: C'est des tigres de sibérie, ils aiment le froid et la neige. C'est un animal en danger d'extinction, alors c'est mieux de le voir dans un zoo que de ne pas en voir du tout. Cette année c'est la première fois que le zoo est ouvert pour les visiteurs en hiver et ça marche bien....

C'est aussi remarquable que la grille n'est pas vague, ça ne serait possible avec un caméra analogue!

Tout le monde n'a pas comme nous
la chance d'avoir un jardin zoologique dans sa cour
et surtout d'en comprendre la raison d'ëtre.

Si je peux comprendre l'intérêt de parcs zoologiques et les encourager dans leur démarche, il n'empêche que cette photo par elle même m'évoque au premier coup d'oeil, comme pour beaucoup, la tristesse: le grillage, le regard baissé du premier tigre et le regard triste du deuxième.
Pour cela cette photo est une vraie réussite car elle suscite l'émotion. Si par contre ce n'est pas celle que le photographe a voulu susciter alors il y a un problème.
Mais en tous cas au vu de ces superbes animaux et à vos commentaires pédagogiques merci au zoos pour leur travaille de protection de l'espèce animal.
