@Cathie et Michel: C'est un enseigne néon pour une salle de bingo, bingo étant une sorte de jeux d'hasard bas de gamme.

Nix Kö! :-) Letztes Jahr hat es mich auf die einzig wahre Rheinseite verschlagen: nach Oberkassel, in beruhigender Entfernung zur Altstadt. Radschläger gibt's wieder im Sommer, allerdings gehen die in der hiesigen Event-Kultur etwas unter.
