Private Message to Wolfgang I've been going to see your other photos and they are wonderful. I saw the man using a kick-wheel to do his pottery work. The carvings on the pieces are beautiful! LOVE IT! You look as if you had a wonderful trip thank you so much for sharing your photos and thinking of me when you saw the pottery! I will treasure the thought of your kindness forever.
I also love the shots of the dome shaped rooms. So cute, but looks like it could be difficult to stand in if you were tall.

@Rabbit: Wolfgang's private reply I'm glad you like the photos. As I said, pottery is used for everyday objects there. About the rooms, they are actually carved in the rock, and are quite big. Some people still live in them, with running water, electricity, TV, but underground.

@Amir: Well, we had some pretty cold nights last week, so pumpkins would be terribly mushy if kept outside. Also, today we got 14 inches of white stuff... In other words, this is an older photo.
They look really beautiful! I really like the way they look. They are massive!
