Rags from Plano, United Statescool shot! As a kenyan, i have to ask; How come there is no Kenyan running in this race? ; ) 2 Dec 2007 8:55am @Rags: You have a good point, maybe you could publicise our little regional race in Kenya? @KMF: Thanks! @Dimitrios: When I was in Ireland, the standard answer if you asked about the time was,"Time for a beer!" Good observation on your part, thanks, kairospix from Singapore, Singaporehaha sure i echo Rag's question... I'm a Singaporean how come... erm maybe not since there aren't any super duper world-class marathon runners in Singapore... 2 Dec 2007 1:36pm @kairospix: Well, let me give you the same answer, you can publicise our little regional race, I'm sure the organisers would be happy to have people from all over the world participate. medam961 from Sarajevo, Bosnia and HerzegovinaIt is interesting looking at their movements and the different expressions of their faces. Two of them are worried about time; they both look at their watches at the same time. Nice photo, I really like it. 2 Dec 2007 1:37pm @medam961: As this is at the start of the race, I think they want to time themselves. They need to know their time to adjust their tactics. Thank you for your visit and dobar dan to Sarajevo, @melodee: Un grand merci! @Lost Valley ( Weekend Warrior): Glad you like Patrice's photo, Amir from ?, IranI admire these people running a marathon in this cold Canadian winter. The shot is really nice motion freeze 2 Dec 2007 5:31pm @Amir: Well, this photo must have been taken in the summer, as you can see, there are leaves on the trees. Some people run in winter, but nothing beats cross country skiing for a cardiac workout... @badala: Um grande agradece-o... @Cathie et Michel: Merci! Walt from Scarborough, CanadaYou know, you're right about that cross country - and if it keeps up like this, there might be enough snow in Southern Ontario for me to get my skiis waxed up since I moved here from Thunder Bay! Nice shot - great action capture! 3 Dec 2007 2:28am @Walt: So, you are originally from the land of the "Sleeping Giant"! With the kind of winter up there you must be an expert skier.... @Stunner: One can see the determination in their faces... Thank you for your visit and the comment, Rabbit from Richmond, United StatesI like the 2 runners checking time at the same time.
