@Brian: Thanks for your comment on Marie's photo. It certainly looks delicious. I like the series about the voyageurs you have started yesterday. I checked out the history and found out that the Compagnie Franche de la Marine was stationned there!

I enjoyed this delicious dessert first by shooting it, then eating it. I wish I could remember the name of the cafe. It was on the skate trail.
