I like the evening light 14 Oct 2007 3:25pm @standley: Merci au nom de Hamiza. Personellement j'ai aimé vos photos de la Tunisie, Amir from ?, IranReally cool angle here, I love the light blue sky. It should have been early morning 14 Oct 2007 4:21pm @Amir: In the name of Hamiza, thanks Amir. Actually this is an afternoon shot, but the light is pretty much the same in the morning. The red contraption in the lower part is a cover over a parking meter, during the Christmas shopping season we don't need to pay the parking fee. And if you need proof of global warming, there is no snow even though it is in late November or in December, normally it should look like your photo today, but with real snow! Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesI like the clock floating there in the middle. Just a really good point of interest. 14 Oct 2007 6:40pm @Viewfinder: In the name os Hamiza, thank you. It's a little square between the church and the municipal concert hall, shoe venue and cultural centre called Palace. You can see it here. With good eyes you can see the round clockface right under the neon sign" Palace". @M.E.: Thank you in the name of Hamiza, Rags from Plano, United StatesThis is a nice image. What is that red thing by the clock covering. 15 Oct 2007 4:43am @Rags: Thanks in the name of Hazami. The red thing is a cover over the parking meter, during the Christmas shopping seson we don't have to "feed" them. |
